h3 hummer limo
When 8 year old Daniel Banks awoke that Saturday morning in July he instantly remembered that today was to be a very special day indeed. Not only was it his sister Anna's 16th birthday, but his mom and dad had rented a pink H3 Hummer limo for the occasion. He had to admit it had taken him a little while to get over the fact that they had never done anything as remotely exciting as that for his birthday. But in the end he decided to be happy for his sister and enjoy the day with her.
Still he couldn't help wishing that he had his own Hummer. It wouldn't be any sissy color like pink that's for sure. It would be a sleek black thing of beauty, and he wouldn't have to worry about learning to drive because his Hummer would fly. Just imagining all the wonderful adventures he and his friends could have in it got him so excited that he couldn't sleep at night.
First of all there was school. They wouldn't have to walk to school in the rain and snow anymore, and Jimmy could stop complaining that his boots leaked. He'd just get behind the wheel and fly them all in. Come to think of it, they wouldn't have to get up so early any more. In fact, they could leave with only minutes to spare before the bell and still get there in time.
Man oh man, it would be fantastic to fly like the birds. He'd never have to walk anywhere again, and neither would his buddies. His sister thought a pink H3 Hummer limo was so great. He'd show her! He'd drive his Hummer across the sky with a banner trailing behind it that said, "PINK STINKS!"
In the wintertime he'd take his buddies up to the mountains, and they'd tie their skis to the back of the Hummer. Then he'd take off for the skies pulling them all along behind him. What a blast! They'd be able to conquer the highest mountain the ski lodge had in no time.
They would race airplanes and beat them every time. Laughing as the pilot and passengers stared at them in bewildered amazement.
They could even fly into space and see the planets and stars up close.
Why he'd bet they could even convince some people that they were angels come down from heaven. They could do good deeds and just hop into their H3 Hummer limo and take off before anyone had a chance to thank them.
Daniel was so lost in his fantasies that he didn't hear his mother calling him until she came halfway up the stairs.
"My goodness, young man, you sure can sleep soundly," she greeted him with a smile when he came to the top of the stairs to let her know he was up.
"Did you have pleasant dreams?"
Daniel smiled for a minute remembering.
"Yeah," he said at last, "the very best, Mom!" "The very best ever!"
